Astym relieved stiffness

I am a massage therapist who is lucky enough to work in a PT office. I have had the therapist there work on my upper traps, biceps, triceps, and forearms which have gotten tight from the massage. After the Astym treatments I had decreased tightness and numbness which I was experiencing. I have referred a few of my clients for Astym treatments as well with glowing reviews. Thanks!!!

It is also quite effective on sprains, strains, and other acute and sub-acute soft tissue injuries.

Astym treatment often works even when other approaches fail.  One of the main reasons for this is that...

Internal Scar Tissue/Adhesions limit movement and cause pain.

Over time, internal scar tissue or adhesions can build up in your joints, muscles, tendons, and soft tissues.  It can be caused by working your body too much, injury (such as sprains, strains and trauma), surgery, disease, or just by moving and not being in absolute perfect physical condition or having perfect “form” when you move.  Stiffness and many of the aches and pains that we have after reaching a “certain age” are due to the build up of internal scar tissue and adhesions.  Astym...
