31 Aug Bye Bye Achillies Tendonitis – 95% Pain Free After 3 Weeks Of Astym Therapy
Achilles tendonitis – pain in the morning and pain in the evening… I really cant remember a time over the past two years that I didn’t walk with pain. I’m a 42 year old male who started playing softball again at the ripe old age of 37. I developed Achilles tendonitis a couple of years ago and everything I tried did not work. There were days when I dreaded getting out of bed as I knew the pain was going to be bad. My wife is currently finishing up her PTA degree and her last clinical assignment is with an amazing PT named Kate Robbins. My wife was telling Kate my story and Kate thought this would be a good treatment for me. Fast forward to today… I’m 95% pain free after 3 weeks of Astym therapy and regular stretching and I’m so incredibly grateful!
