03 Feb Chronic Shoulder Pain Finally Gets Relief With Astym Therapy

I had always suffered from chronic pain in my shoulders, neck, and traps since the beginning of high school. I had gone to the doctor and people always told me it was just due to stress. It wasn’t until our family car got T-boned and I ended up requiring physical therapy that I realized there was actually something I could do to help these muscle pains. After three months of therapy with Astym treatment my general pain that had always stayed at an 8 on a 10 point scale lowered to a three at best. My quality of life has improved so much since starting therapy.
