I suffered from golfer’s elbow on my right side. It was hard to wash my hair and care for my children. I was very curious and skeptical about the Astym treatment. To my surprise, the therapy was very effective even after two treatments; I was much better. Now, I have no problems with my elbow. Now, I’m lifting weights without difficulty.
